Chris Fleet has already discussed a LIBER report for Portsmouth with me - we'll probably revisit this if no volunteers step forward. As for IFLA, I'm afraid I shall not be volunteering: arrive Monday evening; drink a beer; go to bed; give a paper; catch the train home - come to think of it, maybe that will do.
