I am looking for the latest draft of the Common Position on market abuse which adopted on 19th July 2002. On the Council's Documents Register the latest seems to be 8th July (though there are some associated documents with more recent dates). Would the 8th July text be the one that was adopted on the 19th? The full title is: Common Position adopted by the Council with a view to the adoption of a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on insider dealing and market manipulation (market abuse).
