Researcher posts

We seek enthusiastic individuals to join this ESRC funded research
group, which focuses on the inter-relationship between the dynamics
of family change and processes of social capital.

1.   Senior Research Fellow Ref:X1965
Fixed term from 1 October 2002 until March 2005
£29,037pa

You will be expected to have a postgraduate qualification and
experience in qualitative research to take day-to-day responsibility
for and undertake all aspects of research on'Sibling Practices:
Children's Understandings and Experiences' for 30 months.

2.  Senior Research Fellow Ref:X1966
£29,037 - £32,600pa (dependent on experience)

3   Research Fellow Ref:X1967
£25,481pa

Fixed term posts from 1 October 2002 until March 2006

Candidates for  posts 2 and 3 will be expected to have a postgraduate
qualification and experience of undertaking quantitative and/or
qualitative research, to work on the Education and Employment strand
of the programme for 42 months -  with Prof Claire Callender and
Irene Breugel . You will need specific skills in the analysis and
interpretation of quantitative data or experience of a range of
qualitative methods and of conducting research about young people and
students.
