thanks Judy. As a clinician, pt, etc etc I am also a pilats teacher and board member of the Pilates Foundation UK, the highest level of teacher training in the UK (2 year training course). It's nice to see enev a small trial showed these results. Could you point me to where I might get a copy of the study and results? I will post them on the Physiobase.com website for all to view and comment on many thanks Richard
