No,

but it sounds like you might want to ask your local 24 hour Tesco, garage or
similar. They already provide staff and premises all night, and usually
claim they are serving the community. Test their words

<< File: InterScan_Disclaimer.txt >> I would be very interested to hear of
any communty return boxes or bins. We
are planning to pilot 24 hour kiosk services and would like to have a return
bin associated with them, but don't at the moment know how to achieve this!
If you have tried any sort of service or solution, please share what you
have learned.
Thanks in anticipation

Subject: returns units

Does any public library service have experience of providing a facility for
customers to return items that is situated outside the library ? Not in the
wall units or boxes situated underneath letter boxes but actually have
boxes say in a community venue or just sitting on the pavement ? How have
you solved the visit count dilemna ? i.e. if they don't come in, we don't
count 'em. Have there been any security scares ? i.e. someone just dropped
a suspicious package into the box.
