Indeed Jan is right this is a gray area and i think is an important debate ...
thankfully this issue will be discussed at the next SMR User Group in
Warwick. From the discussion on this issue there is evidently a question
that we all need some clarification upon.
I think guidance is desperately needed on this issue.
