Dear Colleague, International Conference - Anthropology and the Health of Populations 20-22 June 2002, Brunel University, West London We are holding what will be the largest ever Conference in Europe on the cultural aspects of public and community health towards the end of next week. We think it very likely that you or one or more of your colleagues who are concerned with health and health care issues, may wish to attend part of this Conference - perhaps a morning or an afternoon session - even if you cannot attend it all. It will be especially valuable for those who are: * concerned with researching, managing, diagnosing or treating people from different ethnic minorities, asylum seekers or refugees * interested in the cultural aspects of the delivery of (public) health care in community settings nationally and internationally * concerned with managing, or teaching about public health policy or practice in multi-cultural settings Further details of registration and costs are on www.brunel.ac.uk/research/cshsd The full programme will be on the web site at the beginning of next week.
