In case you have not yet accessed the Green Paper, you will find it on the DFES website: http://www.dfes.gov.uk/14-19greenpaper/ Responses are being taken up to the end of May. The Executive of UCML is particularly keen to suggest that as many of us as possible record our views, either by commenting on the Green Paper or/and by writing to our MPs, and that we do this as citizens, parents, governors etc. as well as language specialists.
