Dear All, Does anybody have the February number (2002, vol.27, no1) of EUROPEAN LAW REVIEW? We urgently need a copy of an article: Julia Laffranque and Rose M. D'Sa. Domestic implenentation of E.U. Regulations in Estonia: a flawed methodology or necessary transposition? This particular number of the journal hasn´t reached our library.
