Just to add one more to the list, the London Evening Standard review on 4th March (TJ Binyon) struck me as being fairly pro-Kipling. The headline "Kipling's warnings in the wilderness" is acceptable although it seems a pity that they illustrated it with Max Beerbohm's caricature of 1900 titled "Rudyard Kipling's soul". The review can be found at http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/books then page down a couple of screens With best regards David Page Harrow UK __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
