medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

Greetings all,
once again I am looking for parallels or counter examples
to icelandic phenomena. in the present case, i would be
most grateful for references to manuscripts - in latin
or the vernacular - which contain a combination of prose
vita and poetry (or prayers) in honor of the same saint(s).
I am, of course, aware of the opus geminata of Alcuin
Bede, Alhelm, etc.; what I am looking for now is the
comparable phenomena from the 12th-16th centuries,
perhaps in devotional books for lay usage, but also
(if they exist) in latin mss.
many thanks,
