Loan Rates from 1 April 2002
- CONARLS IRU.
At its last meeting CONARLS agreed that the current rate of 5.00GBP
would continue for the forthcoming year.
- SILLR (Scottish ILL Rate).
Since neither the BLDSC nor the CONARLS rates were changing, I have
written to SILLR participants advising that the SILLR rate will remain
at 4.50GBP. Normally this would be done by 'voting' on the issue but,
in the circumstances, has not been so participants are entitled to
object and, *should* over over 50% of them do so, then it is just
possible the rate could change.
