For those of you with an interest in European housing issues, a new Report - European Housing Review 2002 - by Prof. Michael Ball and published by RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) is now available. The report provides an insight into the state of the hosuing market in 14 countries - Austria; Belgium, Denamrk, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In addition the report also looks at institutional and policy issues on housing within each country.
