Absolutely agree. I would add that supportive medical input to the
ambulance service is vital for such schemes.  This issue is not usually
one of the lack of doctors willing to provide this but more the lack of
desire on the part of some ambulance services to embrace such medical
input.  Clearly Staffs have sorted this out and all credit to them for
doing so
