If it has worked OK for 18 months it suggests that something has changed on your system.
 
Have you tried:
 
(a) reinstalling Windows.
(b) reinstalling the Nuffield software from the CD-ROM?

My Nuffield Enquiries software has been running on my stand alone PC quite happily for the last 18 months and now it will not load.  I am immediately confronted with this message
"Error initializing Internet cache engine (winsock.dll: WSA Startup error #10091)"
 
Everything else works fine.  Cannot even run it directly from the CD.
 
Any ideas for a solution.
