Dear all, Apologies for cross-posting. Is anyone aware of any academic literature looking at "efficiency" within urban regeneration partnerships? In particular, I'm interested in definitions and conceptualisations of the term 'efficiency' and how this relates to (i) decision-making within multi-agency partnerships and (ii) the development process in primarily physical-led regeneration schemes.
