Chuck,

I checked my turtle bibliography sources and came up
empty for a JD Combs. (Part of my turtle bib is now on
my website. I'd welcome any additions)

I have found a wonderful science search engine that
has helped with turtle and other faunal research.
Using this search engine at http://www.scirus.com one
search on your article popped up the contact e-mail
for JM Dean (co-author on the paper which references
Combs) at http://www.baruch.sc.edu/baruch/faculty.html

Good luck.

-April
