Many Universities are investigating the
use of content management systems as the basis for their web sites.
The University of Hertfordshire would like to invite you to a free
seminar to discuss their experience implementing a CMS and give you
an opportunity to benefit from their experiences and ask
questions.
Managing the content from diverse sources yet
trying to maintain overall corporate control is a tension not
uncommon in Universities and Colleges. The Shado system from Straker
was developed precisely to meet this problem. This free seminar will
provide details of this system and how two UK universities have used
it within their corporate web sites. Shado provides a simple to use
system for content creators and editors, yet provides deep
functionality and minimal constraints on creative
design.
