Hi Simon
Some interesting conversations about this during the webmanagers workshop
in Glasgow this past week.

The commercial arm of APU undertook quite a detailed needs analysis and
product evaluation against those needs, before deciding on the Day
Communiqué system.

If you have defined your needs
( the Browning/Lowndes report will assist if you only have a sheet of
blank paper,
but speak with a broad range of potential users ; include a summary of
your existing environment,
human resources and their skill sets)
and also some idea of budget at this stage, then by all means get back
to me and I'll put you in touch with our Project Manager for further
discussion.
Regards
Maurice
