I recently discovered a site which seems to handle this problem rather well: www.gics.gov.uk Try accessing it first with IE and then with Netscape 4.? I suspect, however, that are building two different versions of the site, feasible for a site that is not too large - (or created dynamically) but a bit more of a problem when you have 10 000+ pages?!
