EDG is running a roadshow around Europe and in December GridPP (the UK Grid project for particle physics) will run it in the UK as a two-day tutorial to be held 2nd-3rd December at the National eScience Centre in Edinburgh. This event will be part lecture, part hands-on exercises and is aimed at the application developer who will wriite systems, programmes, services which will run on EDG or similar grids. While priority will be given to working application developers from the EDG application areas (PP, Earth Observation, bi-medical) the tutorial is open to everyone working on Grid projects in academia or industry.
