Dear SPM users,

I am trying to obtain mean signal intensities of some portions of brain. Therefore, I hope to mask normalized images (normalized on T1 template in SPM) as:

right frontal,

left frontal,

right occipital

left occipital lobes.

Is there any way to generate those images by using SPM or any software?

I would appreciate any helps.
