Hi Giuseppe, For some time Dr Krish Singh has (with permission) been distributing this brain set along with his excellent BrainTools software (http://www.aston.ac.uk/~singhkd). The brain is pre-segmented (by Dr Steve Smith's brain extraction utility "bet") and can be used (with BrainTools) to render SPM activations. Have you compared the results or your painstaking travails with this dataset? Yours, Jon. _____________________________________________________ Jonathan Brooks Ph.D. (Research Fellow) Magnetic Resonance and Image Analysis Research Centre University of Liverpool, Pembroke Place, L69 3BX, UK tel: +44 151 794 5629 fax: +44 151 794 5635 On Fri, 10 May 2002, Giuseppe Pagnoni wrote: >Dear SPMers > >I somehow took the time to manually edit the high-resolution (1mm >isotropic) scan of Colin (Mr. Template) in order to remove the bubbling >(tubes?!) on the top of His head and >the nose ring (?!), so that the image is now more usable for 3d >rendering. >If somebody is willing (and allowed...) to post it somewhere, and gives >me an ftp address >I'll be happy to share. > >bests > > giuseppe > >------------------------ >Giuseppe Pagnoni, Ph.D. >Dept. of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences >1639 Pierce Drive, Suite 4000 >WMB Bldg., Atlanta, GA 30322, U.S. >phone: 404-712-8431 >fax: 404-727-3233 >e-mail: [log in to unmask] >
