All SEDA Committee agendas ask people to bring their own lunch. We are very pushed in the office at the moment and do not appreciate the assumption that we will go and jump in the car to fetch people the sandwiches they could not be bothered to make/buy. So please ask your committee members to get their own in future. Thank you. Secondly, the AGM. We are having problems in finding a venue in London for 9th May as it is exam week and time is now getting very short for publicising any event. I am also missing various bits of the Annual Report - Su, David, Barry and Hazel. We suggest delaying the AGM until June. This will give us time to actually organaise an event and to notify people in time to get them to attend. It will also give us time to properly finalise the accounts, get the report written and printed, sort out the elections and the weather might even be better then! It is allowable within our constitution - the only stipulation is that it is within 15 months of the last one. Thoughts, please.
