Sections of this Act, which explicitly concern education, come into force from September 2002. Are you prepared? This half-day seminar aims to outline the implications of the legislation for those responsible for libraries and learning resource centres within the further and higher education sectors. Speakers include Dr Archie Roy, RNIB and Jan Simpson, Electronic Support and Development Librarian, Robert Gordon's University. The student's perspective will also be covered. The event will be followed by the CofHE Scotland AGM.
