Hi, Justin. I was not suggesting Culway's data is accurate enough to be the basis for prosecutions. It is designed for providing intelligence to state road authorities so, in part, they can pinpoint where and when they should focus their more labour intensive enforcement measures. That is why I said it is slightly peripheral to Mr Roux's request. But, as a technology, it could help Mr Roux's efforts to effectively deploy portable scales in South Africa, and he might be unfamiliar with Culway.
