Dr Stephen West FRS, Principal Scientist at the Imperial Cancer Research
Fund (now Cancer Research UK), is giving a talk about DNA and the
relationship between genes and cancer at the Royal Society at 6pm on Tuesday
5 March 2002.

The Royal Society Leeuwenhoek Lecture, given annually in the field of
microbiology, is called after the acclaimed Dutch microbiologist,  Anthony
van Leeuwenhoek FRS (1632-1723).
