mmm - but doesnt any individual piece set up its own notions of form? Yours did. A def regularity and rhythm that then faltered. Fair nuff as it was deliberate, but could only be an 'effect' against a sense of pattern already established.
I feel that human beings search for form and order, look for it, impose it. A very basic trait (to do with time?) that saves us from........ (disorder?!)
