I would like to echo the request by Lubomir Popov that people responding to Jean Schneider respond to the entire list. One of the problems in which I am extremely interested is how we can imagine a social practice of design. One of the areas in which I am thinking is the design of urban artifacts: everything from street furniture, to disposal bins, to outdoor stages, etc. This is for me no trivial matter. New forms of such artifacts can make new activities in the city possible. Victor Margolin
