Can any one advise have an employee
who returned to work in January on a
staged return .She had been out sick
with a work related stress disorder
since last summer.Her shift pattern is 4
shifts including nights.She has
coped well on all shifts except nights and on
both occasions that she
worked nights has become ill.
No other
shift pattern is available and management are now talking
termination of her
contract.She is no longer entitled to company sick pay
and this will cause
hardship.
