Dear Dawn, Here in the USA there is Westlaw and Lexis, the subscription based legal adatbases. I do not know of any resources for legal analysis that are free, although federal laws and opinions are posted for free on the web. If you are interested in an annual synthese if USA and internaitonal legal information in occupational healht, you can get my treatise on Westlaw.com or in hard copy from West Publications, called DESIGNING AN EFFECTIVE OSHA COMPLIANCE PROGRAM> I have tried to find out whether there is a parallel work in the UK but thusfar have not heard of one. I hope this is helpful, and of course, I remain available to consult on specific legal issues if i can be of help. All the best, Ilise Prof. I.L.
