Dear all, Does anybody out there have a (working or non-working) Lambda Physik EMG 97 synchronization unit (zero drift control) they are willing to part with, or have experience trouble shooting them ? These timing units actively compensate for the timing drift of excimer lasers, e.g. an EMG-103, by picking up some of its light with a photodiode, and maintaining the delay time of that with respect to the input trigger pulse.
