The AGM of  NAHMO was held yesterday at Dolocauthi and there were a few
changes of Officers

I am now chair taking over from Ivor Brown
Peter Claughton is now Vice Chair taking over from myself
Sally Bassham is now Secretary taking over from Wes Taylor
Roger Gosling remains as Treasurer
Wes Taylor remains as Newsletter Editor
Martin Roe is now Conservation Officer taking over from Rob Vernon
Steve Holding is the NCA a representative and will also be looking at Access
in conjunction with Martin

I would like thank Ivor, Wes and Rob for their hard work over the years and
hope they will continue to offer and support NAHMO and its aims.

We intend make the website more effective and will be post Guidelines to the
Leisure Use of Mines on this medium as a first step although hard copies can
be purchased via the secretary. We are looking to update guidelines on
artefact removal and archaeological remains underground again these will be
posted on the website in the near future

The may be many issues you would like to see addressed and I should be
grateful if you would contact  myself or one of the other Officers or your
Society representative about this.

I intend that executive meetings are held in Society areas at least once
every 18 months and as such the next meeting will be the Conference in
Abersystwth  Wales and the October meeting will be held in the Lake District
please ensure your society is represented
