I'm afraid that I gave up on this type of conversion when I realised
that these chaps:

[log in to unmask]

do a much better job (e.g. outputting directly to word-processor format
on your target system) for much less than I would charge.  I would
warmly recommend them, on the basis of work they've done for my clients.
