Hello If anyone would like to promote exhibitions/events/projects happening at their museum through the National Grid for Learning portal at www.ngfl.gov.uk please send your press releases to [log in to unmask] or fax them on 024 76847003 The news editor is always looking for stories related to education in the broadest sense and museum ones seem to be popular. There are news stories on the front page of the NGfL as well as within the different sections (eg: click on 'what are you looking for' and then 'museums' and you will get museum related news. The NGfL portal is aimed at all educators and learners, including schools and the general public. Anyone can submit news to this email address, you don't need to have a website - But if you do have a website, and it isn't linked to the NGfL portal, the registration process is quite straight forward. Just click on 'About the NGfL' on the home page and then 'Link your site' to get to the online form.
