Thanks to all those who responded to my plea. In fact, as far as I can see,
the TBS site is barred to Netscape users (of whom I am one): this also applies
when trying to access via www.aucegypt.edu/adhamcenter
I later tried on another machine equipped with Explorer and had no difficulty.
But why this discrimination?
