The following Welsh library has now joined the CONARLS IRU scheme

Also, I have been asked to remind participants in the scheme to ensure
that each request clearly indicates both their participation in the
scheme and the CONARLS IRU rate (5.00GBP). If this information is not
quoted, supplying libraries may not have the time to check the IRU
participant list and so borrowers could end up paying the DSC rate
(6.39GBP) instead of the IRU one. To be cliched about it, that saddens
my Aberdonian blood!!
