Dear All, The power supply to the BLDSC will be disconnected from 24-25 August to allow for essential upgrading work by Yorkshire Electricity. All electronic methods of submitting requests will be unavailable during this period, though we hope the timing of it means that the impact will be minimised. Customers that send us requests via ARTEmail during the power cut should be aware that confirmation messages will be severely delayed. However, messages will 'queue up' and requests should not be lost. If you are unsure whether your request has been received at BL, please contact Customer Services BEFORE you resend it. Some systems may be unavailable from 1800 on Friday 23 August, as we take them down in preparation for the power cut. All services will be back to normal on Monday 26.
