Thanks Martin (and others) - that sounds like the same problem as we have. Yes, I forgot to say we use Internet Explorer here. The policy here is not to use Netscape and IE is the supported browser. If our technical people or yours find the solution, perhaps we could swap info. Perhaps it's a SwetnetNavigator (and CUP) problem?
