Dear all,
One of our staff wants to do an MSC course at Manchester.. He has asked our boss what his position is regarding funding from the PCT and  getting study leave. Apparently we do not have a policy, so we need to formulate one. Can anyone tell me of their own experiences? Did you get your degree paid for by your employer, or or partially paid for? Did you get paid study leave, or did you have to use annual leave?
