Education Officer

The Design Museum is expanding its programme of formal and informal design education. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced teacher to join our education team on a full time basis. The position requires knowledge of design and technology and a commitment to engaging the broadest possible audience.
The Education Officer will be responsible for preparing educational materials, liaising with teachers, delivering curriculum related workshops and gallery tours, organising workshops with professional designers, and developing relationships with local schools and educational organisations. You should have a friendly, flexible approach and be happy to supervise occasional weekend workshops.

Freelance Gallery Teachers

We are currently recruiting freelance gallery teachers with a variety of specialist expertise in the art, design and technology. The role requires experienced teachers to deliver primary and secondary level workshops.
