Hi, I would very much like to use bet for brain extraction, however, the scans I have give quite poor results. An example scan (no betted yet) can be found here: ftp://mri-amc:[log in to unmask] Is anyone able to increase the performance of bet by parameter tweaking, or is the inherent contrast of the scan simply to low and must I go and look for an alternative?
