I used to work with dicom based data formats where I was able to put
them into
a MATLAB readable format and was therefore able to make any calculations
on my
data, as averaging the BOLD response over trials, reordering of the
data in
case of studies containing stimulus-shifting, or subtraction of tag
and
contraol data in case of ASL data.....
Since I´m not very experienced with FSL/FEAT and the underlying
code and data
formats I want to ask, whether there might be a similar possibility
to do so in
ANALYZE format or even to integrate some of those options into FSL/FEAT.....
