Hi - without more information I'm not sure what to say. One thing to check
- I think you have to be in the data directory when you run siena - ie all
input and output files have to be in the same directory. if it still
doesn't work - email me example data directly (or better still put the
whole input and output directory into a tarfile on a website) and I will
test. We have access to Solaris so I can test on that.
