International Workshop on GEOTECHNICS OF SOFT SOILS - Theory and
Practice, 17-19 September 2003, Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands. Aimed
at academics, consultants and contractors working in the area of soft
soils. Topics include constitutive and numerical modelling, laboratory
and in situ testing and applications, such as ground improvement
techniques and case histories. Abstracts should be submitted by 15
