'The initiative is open to organisations that are providing adult and community learning within the 88 most deprived Local Authorities areas in England or those able to demonstrate that they are providing learning to adults who are socially or economically disadvantaged outside of the 88 Local Authorities in England especially those operating in rural communities.' I don't have any more details other than the link in the email below, as this is a DfES/NIACE initiative, but would be very interested to hear from anyone considering this sort of project.
