Just a though. Widening access also means that Health and Safety
provisions/policies and practice, need to change to accommodate ALL people
(inclusion). What your  Estates Dep is doing is in stead of adapting their
exclusive services they are passing some of them to you because of t the
name of your office.  i am guessing, but i believe that your role is
educational support not health and safety.
