We are looking to do a preliminary internal audit of the College's services/facilities and their accessibility for disabled students. A colleague mentioned that she had seen a template questionnaire which could be used for assessing various departments within an institution with regard to accessibility. Does anyone have any ideas (or anything of their own they'd be willing to share)?
