I use the DAST and I think it's very good ,but I find that it tends to
'screen in' rather than 'screen out'.  If you use it be sure to plot the
student's profile and note whether the profile is flat, in which case there
is no discrepancy and the difficulties are more likely to be general than
specific, or spiky, in which case your criteria are satisfied.

We are considering introducing screening for dyslexia in all our incoming
students, and being a non specialist I'd appreciate some guidance as to
which system to use.  DAST and Pico's Studyscan have been recommended.
