It is a pleasure to inform you that the Seventh International Conference on Technology Policy and Innovation (ICTPI) will be held in Monterrey, Mexico, on June 10-13, 2003, at the leading graduate business school in Latin America: EGADE, of the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM-Monterrey).

This is the official announcement and the call for abstracts to all interested in submitting them to the paper selection committee. The deadline for abstract submission is November 15, 2002.

3) Connecting Communities via Education and Technology
4) Innovation, Productivity, and Sustainability in Developed and Developing Regions
5) Solving Problems across Borders via Technology
6) E-Economy and e-Government and their Implications for Social and Political Accountability
7) Sectors and Industrial Specialization that Connect People across Communities
8) Using Incubators, Technopoles, and Public-Private Partnership to Connect People, Ideas, and Resources

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

Abstracts in all areas of former ICTPI are welcome. Special emphasis will be given to abstracts in the above topics. Deliver a 2 (no longer than 5) page abstract, font 12, 1.5 spaces. In the first page include the title, your name and affiliation, and the Special Topic you consider that your abstract belongs to. Use pages 2 up to 5, to present introduction, objectives, methodology used, preliminary or final results in a summarized manner, and a short bibliography.

Deadline for abstract submission is November 15, 2002. Deliver your paper via email (attachment), to the following addresses:
